Being a Gamer is an expensive undertaking and with the world in financial turmoil every buck makes a difference. I purchased a 22” IZ3D monitor to play games in 3D and it really does the job right. Well the other day the monitor went into a spin and stopped working. I went in to a panic had to jump on my Ubuntu computer to play Dungeons and Dragons online. After emailing tech support at IZ3D we found out I was just out of warranty. That figures as everything these days breaks two seconds after the warranty is over. They decided to replace it anyway! I have to give these guys five stars on their tech support. They could have left me drifting in the wind. Many corporations are so money hungry and profit driven they forget their own customers in the race to be the biggest rat. IZ3D leaves me with the feeling they care about their customers. When I encounter a company with integrity that cares I have to write about it. If you read the companies forums you will find out it’s not just me that loves their support department. Many large corporations could learn from IZ3D. I will be supporting them in the future.

I have been programming for a couple of days trying to get this PhysX water to work the way I want it too. I have not been having much success until now. I figured out the water is interacting with my camera controls. I don’t have a clue why my camera is interfering with the water. The camera works just fine. Who knows these technologies are all so new there is barely any documentation. I have enormous power at my fingers if I could only hit the correct keys at the correct time.
Due to some unknown html error Im trying to post it below.
I have to admit I am going to preorder tickets to Tron Legacy in IMAX 3D. I am a big Tron fan. I must have spent a couple of hundred dollars on the arcade game alone. Now I have to wait till November 17th to see it.

Do you play MMO’s and type a lot in the dark? I remember many a late night playing any number of MMO’s and not being able to see the keyboard because I had the lights turned down. Enter the G15 Logitech keyboard. One of Logitech’s line of gamer keyboards in the G series the G15 features programmable buttons, a LCD and light up keys on the keyboard.
My experience with this keyboard started several months ago and I am very pleased to report it was worth the money I spent on it. It really lights up the keys and though I don’t look for a key very often I can find the one I need when I need it. The best thing about the keyboard is the light up keys because each key lights up. I won another light up keyboard in a contest and it lights up between the keys. It makes it so hard to see the keys it really makes it harder to find a key in low light conditions.
I have to say now I have never used the programmable buttons. I suppose I could map some emotes to them but then I would have to remember which is which and I just don’t have the drive to use them. I suppose they could be removed and I wouldn’t even notice. The LCD is cool and auto switches to the function your using at the time. If I were to control the sound on the keyboard it switches the volume level and I can see how much volume is set. If you are playing a game it has stats from that game displayed. Pretty useful as many of the games I play are supported. Another useful feature is the windows key on/off function. If you hit the windows key while playing a game you know you go back to windows. Not with the G15 as you can turn off the windows key!
The keyboard also has three levels of backlight so you can turn off the backlight if you want to scan your system and go the bed and leave the computer running.
I am giving the G15 five stars as it’s a useful item and I like its features. It also makes you look smarter when typing to your MMO players so that is always good.
The single most detailed , multifaceted and impossible to beat MMO has some new real estate coming. All the details are on the link. I am the last one among my friends to stay with wow. It is a sweet relationship with new quality content from recent patches such as the arena of the Argent Dawn. Jaw dropping graphics even at low specs and now this!!!!!! http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/cataclysm/ Update - Sept 1 09 Wrap yourself around the details with a developer panel . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHsM8fG7Uio New Race details including rocket attack ability and jump gear for the goblins .
I took the test and scored 100%.
This site gives you a clear map of all of the active massive multiplayer games out there. You can also see the status of the game after it's beta release. http://www.mpogd.com/games/name.asp This one has interviews and a cheats section. http://www.gameogre.com/
I just got off the phone with Bethesda support. My Oblivion has cracked around the center of the disk. If you own an Xbox 360 you know what I am talking about. Anyway I called Bethesda and they said go ahead and mail it in with this case number. I got the case number and went to the mailbox ECT. I didn’t have the address on the printout so I called them back. After ten minutes of searching they came back on the line and said I should put the receipt in with the game. I am so pissed off now. First off I am already at the store. The game company won’t let you make a backup of the disks in the first place. I don’t have the stinking receipt anymore and I paid $55.00 for a damn game I can’t play. The customer might as well have a target painted on him. I am so pissed off I may delete everything Bethesda sends me. It’s not like I am trying to counterfeit a game here I am sending in an original game disk for god’s sake.
Lesson learned: Save your receipts for the games you buy. The game company will hassle you for them before they honor their warranty and they do not care about you after the sale. They will put you through a hassle over a .50 cent replacement disk.
I wanted to improve Gamersnews.com so after much programming I was able to get our YouTube channel to show up at the bottom of the website. I still have some trouble getting it to show up at a larger size but something is better than nothing at this point. I upload some files to YouTube if they are larger than 100MB in size. I plan some more changes if I can get them to work. I am also writing a review so I have a lot on my hobby plate.
You knew i loved this game before I posted anything. In it are the odd clues to the hidden groups that performed rituals behind the scenes. The Order of the Black Sun is one of them . There are a few places they pull information for these games one of them could be this book. http://www.amazon.com/Black-Sun-Esoteric-Politics-Identity/dp/0814731554/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1249401292&sr=8-3 ----- Main Site http://www.wolfenstein.com/home
The great engine that keeps my heart beating is searching for mysterys. One of the sad elements of hunting for the wierd stuff in news and history is the source and the hoax effect. I need a good source to share with other people that that keeps me from looking like a hot bag of lies. There are a few rare publishing groups that give you good material you can cross reference. One of the best is Disinformation http://www.disinfo.com/content/ Much more than an outlet for radical books its a news source that brings people together for partys and lectures. Another well spring of shocking truth is Feral House http://feralhouse.com/ . The Mass Media is a zoo of barking puppets that dance to the tune of thier corporate masters. Swim with shallow fish or get busy in deep water. Take a look at this merchant of the rare and strange I just found. Autonomedia -- http://bookstore.autonomedia.org/ This publishing house stands on the fence in the truth department. Some idea's and views can make you a target without keeping your mouth shut before you do more research but it's always more fun than becoming a steaming pile in front of the T.V. http://www.adventuresunlimitedpress.com/ When reading over the titles you will laugh. AUP has clues for the information hound but the overall sense is disinformation and silly lies. Here is one based on the tradition of the Sufis http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=gnostic+press&aq=f&oq=&aqi= .
I have a brand new DVD of Street Fighter the Legend of Chun-Li to give away. If you want to enter just log in to Gamersnews.com (MySpace, face book, a lot of social network logins work) and reply to this post. I will pull a name at random on Friday the 17th of July.

If you bring a date to this flick be sure she is willing to endure a world of savage sex and bloody street battles. The story takes off from the first Crank . Scooping the charicter from the street and putting him under the knife gives you the impression they are trying to save him , in fact they are harvesting the organs of the great Chev Chelios. They give him a temporary robotic heart after pulling his out , he then starts killing his way through a maze to find his heart . then he must shock himself in various ways to stay alive during the hunt.. If you loved the first one you will love this one. http://www.crankhighvoltage.com/ Keep a close watch on the charicters during the chase you will see some amazing cameos.
It seems the bankers are making off with the loot everywhere these days another 500 billion this week. None of it will solve any problems and will be invested overseas. But hey look over here while I steal the money.
Bankers in Eve Online have decided to take the money and run also. You can read the story here… http://www.nytimes.com/2009/06/15/business/15views.html?_r=1&ref=business
What a shocker! One of my favorite actors has been found hung in Thailand. I am sad now.
There are some obvious holes in the script that I will explore in the next blog. The same guys that wrote T3 wrote this film.John Brancato and Michael Ferris are also the creators of Catwoman and XXX The return of Zander Cage. Dont let these facts scare you away ! It's a ride into the burning wastes of man's folly of war. This is the story you have been waiting for since the end of the first one. All out war from start to finish. John Conner is brave and fearless to the degree that he is worshipped by his fellow soldiers. The story takes him from a search for his father into the twisted halls of Skynet. The FX are not too dressed up in computer animated effect's. There are a ton of set and location shot's that give the story a raw tactile feeling. For whatever flaws you can throw at this flick the ending saved the show for me and made it epic. http://terminatorsalvation.warnerbros.com/
I have been running around in Second Life and having a good time checking out all the stuff people have made. The most interesting I have found in SL is the building tool. I took a class on making jewelry and it was amazing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone without some 3D experience. For me the class was a shot in the arm. I have been making 3D diamonds, gems and some gold wires. It’s almost like working with Nanotechnology as I can now make stuff smaller then the smallest starting block in the simulator using some tricks. I have also started coding again. I like to open search and go to the events tab and search for education. There is almost always a class for something starting. If you’re into second life you can get me in game by messaging Amitabha McMahon. If I show you the stuff I have made you will be amazed. It’s so funny to see me working nano style next to a guy building a yacht the size of a skyscraper.
(Spoilers inbound Captain!!) I can say I am not a rabid fan but this franchise has changed my life over and over again. I love the original show and I have always been drawn in by the great original storys and story arc's. The franchise took a hard hit with the last movie and alot of us had little intrest in Enterprise (the series). 2009 The film that will restart the fan base is released. It put me in a state of trance with the filling in the blank's of each of the charicters roots. Then they put Pike (1st episodes original series) front and center. I am the guy who who kept asking where he would show up in Enterprise till I gave up and stopped watching. They did a great job of creating a new timeline but they did it with the destruction of Spocks homeworld. This one is a keeper do not miss it!! My true spirit is in love with science fiction but I have sunk everything into World of Warcraft because of it's overall depth and quality. At E3 for many years I would stop for a moment to look at the interface and chat up the reps. It had 6 years to get through the rough spot's and now it's time for Apocrypha. The hard part is the learning curve as you will see in this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwBqnXruZuo Take a peek at the busy interface during this battle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9OJj7G66Dwk&feature=related The players guide gives the best description of the soul of the game---
The ultimate goal in EVE is power. It can be power over the market, military dominance, financial power, or political power. These are all achievable in EVE at degrees varying from local system, regional level, or even universe-wide. EVE caters to many different play styles, ranging from the hard core combat commander to the patient miner, and there are corporations that have very different goals; most require all types of players to function properly,so no matter what type of player you are, there is a place for you in EVE, even if you decide to carve it out yourself.
You start out in a frigate that is gifted with a quality of matchless maneuverability. Building wealth allows bigger and better ships. Download a trial http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1067826 Those of you that know me will remember that I have always loved this game and have promoted it for years without being contacted by rep's.
