This shot was taken from my front door last night as the storm rolled over head and to the east. I watched a huge wall of dust close in on us from the west and the clouds build. You could hear the low rumbles of thunder across the sky. We received only a trace amount of rain, and thankfully no hail.
This picture was taken tonight (Friday, 12/19/08) outside the Pei Wei Restaurant in New Market Square on Maize Road in West Wichita. Taken with a Canon Digital Camera by me, Bruce Cole. I thought it was pretty cool.
