    Ive expressed how I feel about our Shanny on this site b4... and I can only add that I am heartbroken to see him go.  Ive missed him this entire season, and had waited anxiously to hear of any news of him.  I wish him all the best of luck, and even tho hes on the NJD, I will chant "SHANNY!" loud and proud the day he next skates at MSG.  He may wear the Devils jersey, but he plays with the decency, morality, and respect of a New York Ranger.  He will always bleed the blue!  Love you always, Shanny!!

    Proud to say I'll be in attendance this Sunday when we take on the Pens in Mellon Arena. Always a good contest when these two teams match up, and It should make for a great game. This will be my 8 year old's first Ranger game in person. Unfortunately it will be in Pittsburgh, but we'll take it either way. Here's to a win this Sunday, and every other gameday for that matter!!!!! LETS GO RANGERS!!!!!!

    Brendan Shanahan is a class player. He is one of the greats when it comes to both skills on the ice and leadership. The amount of respect shown to him on these posts is well deserved, and I too wished I could have seen him in a Ranger uniform again. He would have made a great fit to the current squad, unfortunately the decision makers in the organization didn't think so.     last night all i can say is woowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

    i mean the boys were on last night and let nottin stop them, and a perf night by henrik

    but i think that zherdev was the first star of te game for me i mean watch the highlights see alll the moves he made incredibal

    but there was somthing new the rangers did in the game that they usually dont do and thats how they could pull of a win.

    play like a team play offence AND deffence(and play like a pro) plus they had this want the hole game to win the game u could just telll they did

    and thats somthing most teams dont have in their team stregth wich can effect their playing

    and i mean  thanks rutu!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

    but thats not the only important thing they now know they can play this good but this is not the highest level of hockey they can play ths has to b the bottom rail of their ladder but i was still impressed and thaey did play great sooooo what ore can u ask 4. the only thing i think they wer not so great in wass...

    in the first they had a lot of give aways wich was alright that night because they were playing ah-mazing but .... on other nightsss or other teams

    Hmm.....there's been several mentionings as to trying to acquire some of the OTT players towards the trade deadline or possibly after the post season.  Guess this will be another good look at them up close.

     

    Gotta think if Henrik is back in, the Rangers will not play well.  Great defensive game last night with Vally in net and, although it's highly unusual to use one goalie for back to backs, Vally is well-rested and can handle it.   Renney needs to play this smart and put Valiquette in again and leave Henrik to relax for Tuesday's game against the Isles.
