Hello,my name is Steve Church and my wife and I live in Oskaloosa,Iowa.I have spondylothesis,degenerative disc disease and osteo srthritis over my entirre bidy,my doctor says I may have fibromynalgia but I have not been diagnosted for that.When I sleep,my lower back hurts terriably about a 10 or higher for pain,I quit doing the exercises from therapy due to back pain and cramps in my lege,I tried the exercises for weeks and had to give them up.I am waiting on a hearing date for my disability this w

yessss!! i also have to change positions as well. i have to alternate..sitting..standing and laying as needed. so therefore i cant work. i miss working alot. but the pain is so intense at times i cant stand it. its way above a 10!! i also take hydrocodone for the pain but not unless its very intense. and then it doesnt kill all the pain but some of it.
