I am a realtor and a licensed Ecobroker, working with Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty and have been the only accredited green realtor there up to now (hopefully that is changing). I have been researching and writing about sustainable living
since 2004.

Working with Zero Energy Builders, the first NAHB certified builder in Rehoboth, I am collaborating on a prototype for a Zero Energy home that will integrate with our local historic neighborhoods.  Forward-greening existing homes is as important as building new homes and I am very savvy on the know-how and available resources to help buyers and sellers make the right energy efficient choices. I keep up to date about important tax credits, rebates and new legislation on both State and Federal levels as well as the best resources and websites to visit.
