BJ Young, Professional Vocalist and Entertainer,

 I was born Baltimore Maryland, I've always sang for as long as I can remember,singing for my friends and family and did alot of Elvis tunes. Sang in church but as I had grown I married and had 3 wonderful children. Held off singing to raise them ,and help with the grandchildren as they came along. My son Carl did alot of dj work and said mom time for you too shine and had me go out  to sing with him. My girls and son told me to go and get what I always wanted so here I am and I thank my family for pushing and standing by me.  My musical roots are in CountryRock-A-Billy, Gospel,Motown and Blues. Needless to say I have not strayed far from the basics in my music.I have done shows with Ronnie Dove,The Drifters.In addition,I have done several Benefits shows for such causes as Cancer,Diabetes and Food Locker.I have won Awards for my cd both here in the USA and Europe and hope to do the same for my second musical endeavor.
