I have put 14 or so of my poems in the blog section, if you like poetry I really hope you like mine. It is amazing at the response from everyone it is very popular and interesting. Everyone has their own styles of course, but it is lovely and it has got me writing again.

I really love doing competitions, and generally surfing.  My 2nd love is writing my Poetry, and now I am even trying to write a novel.

I am now disabled and retired. I was in a head on car accident 19 years ago, I have had numerous operations to try to eleviate the pain which I have had all along. I have finally decided enough is enough, I am not having anymore operations I must have had about 10 I suppose. In the crash my right foot was smashed, my ribs and the left side of my face. Still not to worry, life still goes on.

I have sold my booklets of poetry, which have gone over most of the world. The money raised has gone to help the standard of living in our local Nursing home for Ex servicemen. Its not much but everything helps, and most of all it is fun.

I do this because I enjoy meeting people, and I feel my spare time is useful for others.

I served in the Royal Air Force for 15 years, it was one of the best things I could have ever done with my life. I travelled around most of the world except America, it was a very good experience and it taught me a lot about life.

The best posting I ever had, was Royal Air Force Changi, Singapore. A bit warm but a lovely posting.

I would honestly recommend this life to everyone, not only does it teach you a trade, which is of course invaluable, but discipline, builds your character on how to show respect. 

We have 5 Grandchildren, each one as huggable as the others, but now they are almost too grown up even for a hug.

Luckily we see them quite regularly.
