My story is quite a long one so i will give you a breif summary:
Well i grew up around alcohol and all that, that entails. Came from a divorced home so on the other side of the equation my dad also drank and when i barley hit my teens is when he got messed up on other drugs.So as i was growing up i was getting it from both sides and at 12 yrs of age i began drinking and partying myself, drinking, smoking pot and taking hallusegines. This went on all during my marriage and having kids, puting them right smack in the middle of what i went through. Well this went on clear till i was 21 and at 21 yrs of age i got addicted to meth and that just took over everything, and that there for me was my ride right through the middle of HELL. I was on that roller coaster for 10yrs. It was not till 31 yrs of age that i began my road of recovery. So there ya have it 20yrs of partying oblivion. I was beyond ALL human aide for help, so on aug,31,2003 i gave my heart to JESUS and then that is when i BELIEVED in a power greater than myself could restore me to sanity. So from that day on i knew i could trust in a higher power to walk me through each and every minute, and each and every step i had to take and go through. I have learned and been healed of so many very painfull things and i have learned I AM WORTH SOBERITY, I AM WORTH LOVING, I AM WORTH TAKING CARE OF AND LOVING MYSELF. I love the whole program of recovery and today I HAVE HOPE and I HAVE HOPE FOR ALL OTHERS,i know it is possible,
