Trying to spread the message on the importance of humility and simple truth. I will never again admire someone for how powerful, intelligent, wealthy, famous or prolific they are. I admire people who have the courage to be who they really are... human!

The Four Immeasurables: Compassion, Love, Joy, Equanimity

If you could go anywhere in the world, free of charge, to volunteer where would it be?
Any war-torn country that needs fresh ideas to rebuild and recover.

If you had endless disposable income how would you use it to make the world a happier, healthier and safer place?
Find a way to get rid of dictators, provide everyone with freedom, reality checks, ego checks, compassion, love, serotonin, dopamine, perhaps a therapist. Develop ways for everyone to make money in order to provide food and shelter for their families. Invest in health care reform and I would invest A LOT in the education systems! Oh, and we would make Be Stirred events bigger,better and more often. That would make everyone happier!

If you could meet one inspirational leader- living or dead- who would it be and why?
MLK Jr. He is the only man I know that sends shivers down my spine when he speaks! Even though he had his flaws, like all humans, he sure knew how to galvanize millions and prove that one person can make a difference and incite others to do the same. Talk about changing the world!

Are you currently involved in any social causes? If so, what?
Yes! I am volunteering for Hospice on a weekly basis. It is amazing what you can learn about life, inner peace and happiness from a person nearing the end. I highly recommend everyone finds a cause that moves you and try to take action on whatever scale possible. You'll be surprised how good it will make you feel.

If you could change one thing about yourself or your life what would it be?
I'm perfect. Just kidding.
