  • My walking experience

    I love walking. It requires very little equipment and preparation. It is also suitable for people of different fitness level. I started off walking 2 rounds of a footabll pitch and slowly incresaing it to 3, 4 5 and 6 rounds. Eventually I felt my body was ready for more strenous exercise and started mixing my walking with jogging. At one time I was jooging 6 rounds/laps.
