How do you stay cheerful in the Winter?

I listen to my favourite music in the car and when I'm cooking.

I wrap up warm and go for a walk if I can on most days.

I watch cheerful programmes like Strictly Come Dancing. And immerse myself in Sixtyplusurfers!
