Hi
So sorry i have not be on here.
We have had a really busy summer.
Sadly my nan passed away, she had suffered a long illness, but it is always a shock.
My beloved Dog also decided to leap about 12 foot out of our bedroom window, she is fine now, but has caused us many sleepless nights.
On a lighter note we took over the running of our second shop in Whitstable, for thoses of you who don't know me my parents have ran the shop for the last 9 years, but my Father has poor health and really has been Forced to take early retirement. For those of you that know my Dad this was not easy and in fact you will still find him in the Shop Fridays/ Saturdays.
He is still designing and still coming up with the most Wonderful workshops, that both Myself and my mum are doing at both Whitsable, and Oysters. (Murdering as my Dad puts it)
We have added lots of new Products over the summer on the website, and also now organise 10 shows with Sincerely yours.
We have taken on a new member to our team you will probaly know her as Emerald on here.
Diane Dorward, is here real name she is hepling Graham Get Organised (no easy task needs a medal) when it comes to the shows.
So when you phone the ticket line now, it will be Diane voice you will get.
So now i have told you about my Summer, how about coming back and sharing your good and bad times, i will reply.
Promise.
Kind regards to you all
Tracey
Glad your typing fingers are busy again on here. And yes I am Graham Grumps P A - he will tell you what those letters mean if you ask - or even if you don't.
As I am now retiring from being a trader it is now my job to whip that Graham into shape - oh how he loves a little whipping! I am enjoying talking to everyone when they are ordering their tickets, and have done the Thetford show as front of house - on the door. Lots different to what I always have done at the shows, and its good to see another angle.
I shall be opening another thread on the shows.
Going back to Tracey's theme, yes summer was busy. We four (that's Graham and Tracey and my Graham and me) spent a fairly damp week in Wales caravanning and doing the Royal Welsh Show. A new experience for the Oysters and it was great fun except Graham Oyster and I ended up with raging toothache, but a good time had by all.
We dashed back from Wales to dock the caravan in Malvern and straight down to Kent ready for Tracey Oyster's 40th birthday bash. Well, I think we launched her into her 5th decade in style.
Now, this forum has been quiet over the summer, but now we are coming up to the traditionally busy craft time lets get posting.
