disability approval

i was approved in dec 08' then i had to go to ss to say where i'd lived since i'd filed in july 06' i told her{ss} that my mom bought me a motorhome but she filled the paper out saying my mom gave it to me..i have to pay my mom back for the motorhome...should i tell her she filled out the wrong statements?
