back to ALJ

Well my case has been through the Disability Pannel in Virgina. They sided with me that the Administrative Law Judge erred in his decissions and my three doctors statements stating my disability and that I'm un-employable will be allowed.I'm now at a loss because they didn't approve my disablity. They decided to send my case back in front of another Administrative Law Judge again.??????If that makes sense to anyone please clue me in....lol.My lawyer says that even though it wasn't decided or approved,it is concidered a good no.I have no clue why it shouldn't of been approved.Out of the 4 doctors I have testomoney from the 3 denied were reversed and now allowed. Now I have to wait for another ALJ hearing courtdate to be given and those of you who know ,know how long that can be.I first applied for disability in june of 2002,and now its been over 7 yrs of strife and barley getting by thanks to the grace of others.I have lost friends, relationships over this period of time due to the system, and it's now been brought to my attention that since it's been over 5 yrs, since I've worked and contributed to the system that I no longer have any credits.I think the system should give you your money from the start, and if proven that your not disabled, then take it away, and take it off the end. After all,it is your money, there to support you....So,here I sit again waitting for the money I'm intitled to.Disabled and un-employable as certified by 4 doctors,a primary care doc,an internal medical doc,and 2 orthropedic doctors. What else do I need?...
