What's Going On: Pecha Kucha
It’s simple. 20 images + 20 seconds. Huh?
This Thursday Pecha Kucha returns to Columbus - starting at 8pm outside at Junctionview Studios. Join some of Columbus’ independents for an evening of speakers ranging from the arts to local entrepreneurs. Music starts at 8pm with presentations starting at 8:30 - and Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Pattycake Bakery, Rad Dog Veg, and the Japanese Crepe cart will sell refreshments
Why is it called Pecha Kucha? It’s derived from the Japanese term for “the sound of chitchat,” and rests on a simple and momentum-driven presentation format: 20 images x 20 seconds.
