The West End Running Group is now rotating every other Saturday between Shady Grove YMCA and Godwin High school so be sure to check the schedule for the weekly runs.

Several of you returned last week - which was excellent.  We need more of you back and December is a great month to start back into running, even if only a few miles.  The Sportsbackers YMCA 10K training program starts on 1/17/09 and this is a great opportunity to get a jump start on the training, plus get back in shape.  Run off the holiday meals!!!!

Distance:  2, 3 or 6 miles depending on your current fitness level
