Tax Credit

You may be eligible for a State Tax Credit. Using your SSA-1090. In the State of MO if you make less then $13,000 you can receive $750/ year in a tax credit. It is based on your income.

You need to contact you Department of Revenue to get your Forms. You can go back three years. You can contact you local Social Security Office and they can lead you in the direction and/or give the Number to contact (Your State Dept of Revenue)
