  • Thanks for the tip Ira, at the moment i am flat on my back.Very silly me i lifted a sheet of asbestos cement sheet yesterday weighed over one cwt and put my out or some thing, I cant put any weight on my legs i cant sit up, cant turn, cant go to doctors as i cant get into the car or walk into his rooms but hope to be back to normal soon

  • Nice one Ivan, a little tip though, wait until the sun has gone down completely and you will get an even better show of colours, the same applies to sunrise. Give it a try and post on here.
