It is known that all joy and sadness is connected to human psyche and psyche with the human body. Psyche is the starting point of health or disease. It has the power to bring harmony to our lives. But you must know how to handle it. It is not so easy in our lives today. Fortunately, we have music, good books, art, exercise and nature. To take care of ourselves should be the main theme of the day. Harmonious communication with people and more happiness and joy from relationships with our partners, relations and closer contact with children bring feelings of relief and happiness. I know what I am talking about. I have a very good friend in my son Karel, what more can I wish for?
