This was forwarded to me and it fits the recent shift in my mind set. There are many who believe, "that which you focus your attention on, increases and multiplies". I agree with that universal truth. So, I encourage all of you to focus on what it is we want, and not on what we do not want. You wouldn't spend your hard earned cash shopping for items that you don't like, just to get home and say, "I don't like the things in my life. Don't spend your mind power that way either.

So, no more focus on S. Palin, or J. McCain, for that matter. Let's focus on, talk about, and claim what we really want.

This is one of the few things I've received that has felt really affirming.

1 ) Several times a day I suggest you say out loud and think to yourself "President Obama" and when you do - imagine it being
true, right now, and feeling all the great feelings that go with this thought.

2 ) Please forward this to friends who you know are voting for Obama, who will be thrilled when he wins, and encourage this be sent to their friends.

It dawned on me that I was getting caught in the fear that the Republicans create because most of their policies are based in fear. They fail to recognize that the opposite of fear is not hope but trust. Eliminating fear requires the practice of trust and expectation. Fearing the Republicans is just more fear and feeds their cause. They want US to be afraid. I don't expect us
to not be fearful of this election, but when we notice that we are ,that is a good time to imagine, say and think " PresidentObama " and experience the pleasure that this reality brings.

When I first thought of this I realized that some, me included, would react, "well just thinking about it - won't do it. What weneed is action; so, SAY IT! "

Saying what you wish to empower will align us with what we want and it never hurts to imagine what we want which precedes getting into action. Saying and imagining, " President Obama " is more likely to inspire actions that will create this wonderful outcome. When we're feeling good, instead of afraid, resigned or helpless, we will get a lot more done. Practice this to support you in feeling good and more resourceful. The decision to send this email came to me last night after deciding to practice this myself, yesterday, " President Obama " - aaahhh!

I did the math and if each of us sends this to ten others and only five send it on then in 13 rounds this email may reach over 244 million. If we send it to more than ten, and ten send it on in 9 rounds, 1 billion. Staggering and no-one is asking you to send any money to the campaign or informing you that you have inherited money from a long lost relative!

When I first heard Barak Obama speak in 2004 at the convention, I thought this man could be President someday. I like many others am inspired by him and know that behind his inspiring words is a strong, thoughtful and courageous intelligence. Let's join together to make," President Obama " (Aaaaaah!) a reality. Thanks for your help.
