OTAs are starting and I’m excited to play again and to get to meet all the new rookies and see what they have.

Lots of questions about Percy Harvin our new receiver. Yes, we’re competing for the same position, but we’re teammates so I want to help him along so he can do his best and help us win games. Anything he needs, I’m going to be there for him. Having someone look out for you when you come into the league is a big help. I had Troy Williamson, Robert Ferguson, Bobby Wade.

Everybody helps out everybody here, this team has that kind of chemistry.

I’m pretty much over my injury, I’m running routes at full speed, I just need to get my strength back to 100%. I’ll be working with the trainers on that starting today and I’ll be there long after practice for extra work just to get up to speed.

I’m going to give it my all to earn that starting spot this season. No one is guaranteed anything right now so I’m going to fight with all I have to be out there when we take the field.

The coaches want us to know all the wide receiver slots because you never know what can happen, you could be thrown out there at any position like it’s your job. They’re expecting us to know what’s going on all over the field.

Whether I win a starting job or not, I am totally focused on winning games this year whatever it takes.

Oh, and the Lakers are going to have a tough series with the Nugs, but I think they’re going to come out on top.
