We just got our Super Bowl rings and man, it’s like having two rings put together. It’s huge, man. It’s about as wide as a golden dollar and it’s got 63 diamonds.

You’ve heard of a 10-table ring? This ring you can see from 20 tables away.

I met the President and that was crazy. You can tell he’s a busy man, but he was so polite and generous with his time. He was asking everyone questions, joking around and had a handshake for everyone.

I think now I truly understand how magical it is to win a Super Bowl. It changes your whole swagger and makes me want to win another one so bad. It’s what you put in all that work for all year. It’s just great when you’re walking around town and everyone is asking you about how it feels to win it, how’s the ring and whatnot.

I never thought I would see this day. Now I hope to win another one, and I hope to have another 10 years in the league. That would be good.

On the field I’m a starter now but I can truly say that I miss Larry Foote. He was a good guy who helped me out a lot and made it fun. He was always happy, always joking around. He brought a lot of camaraderie with the guys.

I’m not going to change anything as a starter. It’s still football, nothing has really changed. Even last year I was playing a big part of the games. So I don’t think I need to change anything.

We just finished our last OTA today and are free until July 31 when we report for training camp. I’m headed down to Florida. I’ll probably take a week off then start doing some serious training to get ready for two a days.

All the stuff that comes with winning a Super Bowl hasn’t changed me much. I’m pretty much a homebody anyway.
