It has been decided to put the disturbing Amersham footage on this community as it has now been released into the public domain. We will run the footage for the following reasons. - To honour the animals who lost their lives and make sure their story is told. The footage stands as proof that equine welfare protection standards in this country are totally inadequate and our industry must not allow these equines to have suffered and died in vain.

While waiting for this case to start the Sun has been wanting to show what has been going on in the meantime. I myself have been inundated with people concerned that JG has been able to continue to trade and keep equines. In my personal opinion, in this instance, the Sun could perhaps help highlight the gaping holes in UK equine protection laws.
