    • At the ballpark, Saturday night, they didn’t do the traditional take me out to the ballgame, instead, we got to see Harry sing. I thought I’d share it with you. There wasn’t a dry eye in the entire ballpark. Nice job, Harry. Thanks for the memories!

    • 4:59 Commercial....

    • This is the commercial that airs every morning at 4:59 AM, right before Good Day begins. Every tween and teen should and need to see this powerful commercial. I have asked the question, why this doesn’t air when the kids they need to reach are awake, but now that its on here, have any/all teens you know, come on here to see it. It really sends a message. If this commercial reaches and helps just one child, that can be a good thing. Thanks, Sandy
    • Eliminated 'Idol' Talks To 'Good Day'

    • It was a rough night for Michael Sarver, who was kicked off 'American Idol' after his Motown Week performance. Sarver joined "Good Day Philadelphia" live from Los Angeles to talk about what he was telling himself when he wound up in the bottom three for the second week, whether he tried to read Ryan Seacrest before learning his fate, and whether he's going back to the oil rig before the "Idol" tour.
    • Dr. Mike: Rower's Flesh-Eating Bacteria

    • An Ohio high school student and captain of the rowing team required amputation of both legs this week due to an infection of "flesh-eating" bacteria. This morning he's in critical condition. And it leads to a bigger question could this happen to you or your kids? Dr. Mike Cirigliano visited "Good Day Philadelphia" Thursday morning to tell us everything we need to know to be safe. • 'Nova' Continues Dance Into Elite Eight

    • Dante Cunningham scored 14 points with 11 rebounds and third-seeded Villanova beat Duke for the first time in more than 50 years, taking advantage of the Blue Devils' poor shooting to win 77-54 Thursday night and advance to the NCAA regional final. More: Box Score The Wildcats (29-7) will play Big East rival Pittsburgh (31-4), the top seed in the East, on Saturday for a trip to the Final Four. Duke (30-7), which spent a week at No. 1 in the nation earlier this season, failed to reach the round of eight for the fifth consecutive year. Kyle Singler scored 15 and Jon Scheyer had 13 for the second-seeded Blue Devils. But Scheyer and Gerald Henderson combined to make just four of 32 attempts as Duke shot a season-low 26.7 percent from the floor. 'Nova fans were celebrating Thursday night's win from Boston to Philly. Students who couldn't make the trip north were out watching together at bars and restaurants along Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore. They couldn't contain their excitement as the final seconds of the game wound down. At least for now, nothing is sweeter than a trip to the Elite Eight. The matchup with Pittsburgh is actually a rematch of the final college game played at the Spectrum. Villanova beat Pittsburgh 67-57 in front of a sellout crowd back on Jan. 28. At that time, 'Nova was ranked No. 21 while Pitt was No. 3. A lot has changed since then, but Villanova is again hoping for a big win.

    • Bobcat's Stroll Into Bar Caught On Tape

    • One minute they're drinking beer inside their favorite bar. The next, they're face-to-face with a bobcat. And it's all caught on tape. The video shows almost everyone in a Cottonwood, Arizona bar runs out as the 20-pound bobcat strolled in Tuesday night. Customers saw the animal and jumped up from their seats as the cat ran under the pool table. One patron got close to take a picture, and the bobcat took a swipe at him, leaving claw marks on his face. After a little while, customers chased the bobcat outside, where police officers shot and killed the animal. In all, three people were clawed by the cat. They're being treated for rabies after early tests show the cat tested positive.
