During the communist regime I read the cards only for my closest friends. This work was not so popular in those times. My profession requires discreetness and responsibility for that which the cards are saying. I recommend making notes; clients are usually distracted, not concentrating fully they usually forget important things. If a client takes notes it is then possible later for example to think about it and make a summary of which way is probably the best to avoid traps. I appreciate, when my clients call me back to tell me results of my reading. What is interesting is that I rarely remember client’s names; recognition happens when they tell me what the cards told them or how they were dressed.

My clientele is pretty miscellaneous. Troubles in life do not escape anybody if it is a lawyer, doctor, institution or closest relatives, then cards and horoscopes are step in. This is a very human instinct of desire for hope and belief. Cards of course show also less pleasant matters, in this case I tell the truth a little more gently. Things always somehow get sorted by themselves; nevertheless humans must firstly be prepared. I do not hide anything, it wouldn’t be fair. There are also failures, when some clients are give up totally, the others believe me and fight against it.

I remember one case of a friend and her partner; he was cracking up due to a journalist (this journalist made a star of him). He was a foreign businessman with connections to the highest politics in government. Fame finished and the door of jail suddenly closed on him. It was not easy to prove his innocence. Thanks to the cards we managed to find the way out and they released him.

Once, the owner of a restaurant in Prague contacted me and told me that he couldn’t find his wife. She was traveling and she did not come back on time, she was late. Before he went to the police, and he had a reason for that, he came to me. To tell him the truth was difficult nevertheless I could not do anything else.

The cards showed that his wife did not travel at all; she had stayed the whole time in Prague with his boyfriend. He did not believe me at all, but a couple of days later he called and despite his broken heart, he told me I had been right.
