With an upper-level low still sitting to our north in Canada, look for cooler-than-average temperatures for the next 2 days here in the Tri-State.
Winds will be a lot weaker. Gusts today will climb up to 25 mph.
Recall, on Monday, the top gust at PHL airport was 44 mph.
On Tuesday, we had a 36 mph gust. So today we will see a significant drop.
