Look for a high in the upper 70s. 

Next chance of rain will come from the West by Tuesday.

Philly averages 1.6 days (nearly 2 days) at 90 degrees or higher in the month of September.  In September 2008, we got 3 days at 90 or higher.  In September 2009, we got 0 days at 90 or higher.
 
As far as 90 degree days in Philly are concerned, here is a list of the last few years in review.

There is definitely a cooling trend underway here in Philly.

Highs:  74 to 78 degrees from suburb to city.

Winds:  E / SE 5 - 10 mph

 

 

 

TUESDAY:  Sun to Clouds, Shower Late (40 percent chance).

High:  near 80 degrees.

 

WEDNESDAY:  Mix of Clouds & Sun, Spotty Shower or Isolated Thunder (20 percent chance or LESS)

High:  near 82 degrees.
