Tomorrow is the day!  You have completed an awesome program and you will do great tomorrow.  Most of all, have fun!  Enjoy the bands and all the crowds along the way.  And if it rains, don't worry, you won't melt and you will dry out!

Think of how far you have come and be proud!  If any of you want to come join us at Shady Grove to continue running, let April or me know!  we aren't experts but we are fun and supportive!

Coach Dan, Coach John H. and all the rest, we could not have done it without you!  I will be looking for that high five slap at Chantilly!
