i need help with my design studio my laptop has broke that its on so i need put it on a new one what do i do . not getting anywhere with cricut themselves .

Are there no experts on the Pazzle?

I am enjoying working with the pazzle, especially the welded lettering. At the moment I occasionally have a problem with it seeming to slip or jam, and not cut the word correctly. Yesterday it cut my two names and 'happy' in different sizes but wouldn't cut 'Anniversary' properly. I tried different sizes and different areas on the page but with no success. Any suggestions?

Hi you have to be really careful there is a very fine coating that needs to peeled back after you have rubbed the mat. If when you peel back the mat is not sticky, push back down and try again, it is very very fine, but worth it when you get there.Hope this helps Tracey
